ZHANG Jiaqiong, female, was born in Jul. 1967 at Kaijiang County, Sichuan Province. She is the Assistant Dean, professor and Doctor of Philosophy in Education at the School of Preschool Education, Chongqing University of Education; adjunct postgraduate tutor at the School of Education, Southwest University; Deputy Secretary General of the Specialized Committee for Education Evaluation of the Chongqing Society of Education, member and Deputy Secretary General of the Academic Committee of the Chongqing Vocational Education Society, as well as correspondent of Chongqing Education. From 1986 to 1990, she studied for a Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education at the Department of Education, Southwest China Normal University; from 2002 to 2005, she studied for a Master’s degree in Teaching and Developmental Psychology at the School of Education, Southwest University; from 2006 to 2009, she studied for a PhD in Curriculum and Teaching Methodology at the School of Education, Southwest University; in the same year, she won a “double excellent” honorary title – Excellent Graduate of Southwest University and Excellent Doctorate Theses.
Ms. Zhang presided over and researched nearly 10 provincial or ministerial-level projects as the leading researcher, and published over 30 academic papers in such academic journals as Educational Research, E-education Research, Preschool Education Studies Journal, Journal of Southwest University and Journal of Chongqing University. Besides, she edited some monographs including Research on Teaching Network Organization System and Vocational Education Curriculum and Teaching Methodology as the editor-in-chief, Educational Statistics and Evaluation Technology – “11th Five-Year” National Planned Textbook as the associate editor-in-chief, and participated in editing over 10 monographs and textbooks. She is also the leading lecturer of a number of courses like Education Science, Curriculum and Teaching Methodology, Preschool Education Science as well as Kindergarten Teaching Art. Her matured academic seminars include the Research on Educational Evaluation Theory and Trend, the Case Teaching and Its Application in Educational Research, the Effective Teaching and its Design, the Reflective Teachers and High-quality Teaching Design, the Analysis on Teaching Art Elements, etc.
Since 2005, Ms. Zhang has been deeply involved in high-end academic training activities regarding discipline backbone teachers, scientific research backbone teachers and principals in Chongqing primary and secondary schools, and serving as the leading lecturer of a number of training tasks such as principal training, backbone teacher training, new curriculum training of high schools and teaching & research staff training at Yuzhong Teacher Training Institute, Jiangbei Teacher Training Institute, Jiulongpo Teacher Training Institute, Beibei Teacher Training Institute, Nan’an Teacher Training Institute, Xiushan, Yongchuan, etc. During her participation in the teaching & research staff training in Hangzhou and Tianjin, as well as the teacher training task in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan, she enjoyed popularity among trainees.
