ZHU Dequan, male, member of CPC, was born in Nov. 1966. Now he is the Director of the Faculty of Education, Southwest University. He has got a PhD in Education, and is a professor, a tutor for doctoral students, and a member of the Teaching Work Committee, Southwest University.
