Real Estate Development and Management Program

The program of Real Estate Development and Management is an applied bachelor's degree program based on original programs of Property Management and Real Estate Management and Evaluation and their resources. The program has 16 full-time faculty members, including 10 professors, 3 doctors. Among the faculty, 7 of them have professional qualification certificates such as first-class constructor, first-class structural engineer, cost engineer, and real estate appraiser.

The program has a professional curriculum system with real estate operation ability as the focus and has cooperated with more than 20 real estate enterprises such as Shenzhen OCT Group, Rongchuang China, and Longhu Real Estate Group to build off-campus training bases. The program has a "two-line and four-stage progressive" practical teaching system and has formed a training approach of participating in competitions to improve students' learning and teachers' teaching. Over the past five years, students of this program have won two individual champions, three first prizes, four second prizes, and 16 third prizes in national-level real estate skills competitions.

Graduates mainly engage in real estate project planning, real estate marketing, project management, and real estate management. The previous graduates are highly needed in the job market, well-paid and very promising. Many of them have become the backbones of company management and project leaders.
