一、学校简介

    重庆第二师范学院是一所以教育学为主、多学科协调发展、以服务0~12岁儿童成长和教师教育协同创新为鲜明特色的全日制普通本科师范院校，始建于1954年。学校占地面积621.4亩，建筑面积39.28万平方米。现有39个本科专业，涉及教育学、文学、理学、工学、管理学、经济学、艺术学、医学等学科门类。学校现有专任教师688名，其中高级职称教师占比45.64%，博士、硕士学位教师占比89.24%，先后柔性引进俄罗斯院士团队、上海戏剧学院学科领军人才、韩国科学技术翰林院院士及团队等高层次人才。

学校地理位置优越，位于中国面积最大、人口最多的直辖市重庆市。水、陆、空等交通十分便捷，可直达北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都、西安等全国各大城市。学校现有南山和学府大道两个校区，均位于重庆市南岸区，毗邻重庆市核心地标解放碑。

二、项目介绍

本科学位项目学制为4年，学习方式为全日制。国际学生修满学分，完成本科学位论文，通过毕业论文答辩，可获毕业证书和学位证书。

 

三、申请条件

1. 具有高中或以上学历且年满18周岁的外籍学生；

2. 持外国护照的非中国籍公民，身心健康，品行端正，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度，遵守社会公德，尊重当地风俗；

3. 中文水平达到HSK 4级。

注意：中文水平未达到HSK4级的学生，可在我校进修汉语一学年，汉语水平达到要求后才能进入本科阶段学习。

自简章发布之日至2023年4月30日。

五、申请方式及要求

    通过电子邮件将申请材料发送至国际学院邮箱：gjxy@cque.edu.cn。

申请材料如下：

    1.《重庆第二师范学院来华留学生入学申请表》；

    2. 高中毕业证复印件及经公证的英文或中文翻译件，暂未取得毕业证的学生须提交所就读学校出具的预计毕业证明；

    3. 有效期在一年内的护照首页复印件（在中国大陆境内的申请人还须提供签证页或居留许可页）；

    4. 《外国人体格检查表》复印件，须英文填写，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月；

    5. 无犯罪记录证明，申请人所属国出具的英文版无犯罪记录证明（近六个月内），如已经在中国的学生，还须提供当前所在地派出所开具的中文版无犯罪记录证明（近六个月内）；

    6. 家庭经济担保证明（近六个月内的银行存款证明或父母收入证明，不低于15,000元）；

    7. HSK4级或以上语言水平证书复印件；

    8. 自我陈述与学习计划（不少于500字）；

    9. 如已经在中国就读的学生，由之前就读学校开具就读期间的成绩单、在校表现证明与出勤率证明；

    10. 一封推荐信（学校领导，教师推荐或相关领域专家均可）。

    注意：一经录取，入学报到时需携带所有申请材料原件供复核。

六、考核

    对于通过材料初审的同学，将邮件通知有关面试考核和申请费缴纳事项。采用视频面试或现场面试方式，重点考查学生的综合素质和语言（汉语）交流能力。

七、费用

    1. 申请费：300元；

    2. 学费：12,000元/年；

    3. 住宿费：二人间，3,000元/人/年；四人间，1,500元/人/年。

八、奖学金

    1. 重庆市人民政府外国留学生市长奖学金

    2. 重庆第二师范学院来华留学生校长奖学金

注意：每个学生只能申请其中一种奖学金，且须每年参加年度评审，通过年度评审后方可继续获得下一学年的奖学金。

Introduction to Enrollment of Foreign Students in 2023 

Undergraduate Program

 

1. University Introduction

Chongqing University of Education was founded in 1954. The university is a full-time public undergraduate normal university focusing on education, coordinated development of multiple disciplines, and distinctive features of serving the growth of children aged 0-12 years and collaborative innovation of teacher education. The university covers an area of 621.4 mu, with a building area of 392800 square meters. There are 39 undergraduate majors, involving education, literature, science, engineering, management, economics, art, medicine and other disciplines. The university has 688 full-time teachers, including 45.64% teachers with senior professional titles and 89.24% teachers with doctor's and master's degrees. It has successively introduced high-level talents such as the Russian academician team, the discipline leading talents of Shanghai Theatre Academy, and the academicians and teams of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology.

The university is located in Chongqing, the largest municipality with the largest population in China. The water, land and air transportation is very convenient, which can directly reach Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi'an and other major cities in China. The school has two campuses, Nanshan and Xuefu Avenue, both located in Nan'an District of Chongqing, adjacent to Monument to the people's Liberation, the core landmark of Chongqing.

Chongqing University of Education adheres to open education and strives to develop an international education platform. The university introduced educational resources from the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain to carry out cooperative education, and carried out exchanges and cooperation with the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan. At present, the university has set up undergraduate degree programs and Chinese language learning programs for foreign students. The standard length of schooling for the undergraduate degree program is 4 years. After the students have completed the course content of the teaching plan, passed the examination, and passed the graduation thesis defense, the university will grant corresponding academic degree certificates. The specialties offered in the undergraduate degree program include Chinese language and literature, network and new media, tourism management, etc. The university is dedicated to providing high-quality educational resources, all-round services and a warm environment for every foreign student who comes to the university to study.

2. Program Introduction

The undergraduate program will take four academic years and the learning method is full-time. After the foreign students complete the credits, complete the undergraduate thesis, and passe the graduation thesis defense, they will be issued with a graduation certificate and a degree certificate.

 

 

3. Admission Requirements

3.1 Foreign students with high school diploma or above and over 18 years old;

3.2 Non Chinese citizens holding foreign passports. Good health, good conduct, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of Chongqing University of Education, abide by social morality and respect local customs;

3.3 HSK4.

Note: Students whose Chinese level has not reached HSK4 can study Chinese in our university for one year, and they can enter the undergraduate stage only after their Chinese level meets the requirements.

5. Application Methods and Documents

The following documents are required to apply for the program:

5.1 Application Form for Foreign Students of Chongqing University of Education；

5.2 A copy of the high school graduation certificate and a notarized English or Chinese translation. Students who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate must submit the expected graduation certificate issued by the school；

5.3 Photocopy of the front page of the passport valid for one year (the applicant living in China also needs to provide a visa page or residence permit page)；

5.4 Photocopy of the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners. The form should be filled in English. Applicants should be examined in strict accordance with the requirements of the Photocopy of the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The validity period of the examination results shall be 6 months；

5.5 No criminal record certificate. The English version of no criminal record certificate should be issued by one's own country (within the last six months). For students who have been in China, the Chinese version of no criminal record certificate must also be provided, it should be issued by the local police station (within the last six months)；

5.6 Family financial guarantee certificate (the bank deposit certificate or parents' income certificate shall not be less than 15,000 yuan within the last six months)；

5.7 Photocopy of language certificate with HSK4；

5.8 Self statement and study plan (no less than 500 words)；

5.9 For the students who have already studied in China, the previous school shall issue the transcript, school performance certificate and attendance certificate during their study period；

5.10 A letter of recommendation (recommended by school leaders, teachers or experts in relevant fields).

Note: Once admitted, all original application materials shall be brought with you for review when you register for admission.

6.. Assessment

For the students who have passed the document examination, the college will inform them about the interview and payment of application fee by e-mail. The video interview or on-site interview method are adopted to focus on students' comprehensive quality and language (Chinese) communication ability.

7. Fees

  7.1 Application fee: 300 yuan;

  7.2. Tuition: 12,000 yuan/year;

  7.3. Accommodation fee: two room, 3,000 yuan/person/year; Four rooms, 1,500 yuan/person/year.

8. Scholarship

  8.1 Chongqing Municipal Government Mayor Scholarship for Foreign Students

  8.2. Chongqing University of Education President Scholarship for Foreign Students

Subsidy amount: first-class scholarship 12,000 yuan/year; second- class scholarship 7,000 yuan/year. For detailed introduction and application process, please refer to the Chongqing University of Education President Scholarship for Foreign Students Application Guide. 

Note: Each student can only apply for one of the scholarships, and must participate in the annual review every year. After passing the annual review, they can continue to obtain the scholarship for the next academic year.
