骞宇：女，1976年生，博士，教授，中共党员。主要承担《食品毒理学》《食品微生物学》《食品生物化学》等食品类主干课程的教学工作，及从事发酵食品菌种资源开发、食品营养等领域的研究工作。共计发表期刊论文30余篇，其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI收录论文10篇；EI收录论文4篇，中文核心论文11篇；授权发明专利1项；先后主持重庆市教委科学技术项目、重庆市教委、重庆第二师范学院科研项目6项，作为主研人员参与重庆市自然科学基金、市教委科学技术项目3项。
